James Baughman

CEO, President, and Director

Mr. Baughman is an experienced mining professional with 30 years’ experience in critical minerals. and currently a director of American Uranium Ltd.

Formerly, Mr. Baughman was CEO of High Plains Uranium, a successful uranium development company acquired in 2006 for $55M.  Mr. Baughman has served numerous major mining companies such as Rio Tinto, MK Gold, and ACNC (Inco), as well as numerous junior mining clients such as Locksley Resources, Premier Uranium, Idaho Champion, Cyclone Uranium and others. Mr. Baughman received his BS in Geology in 1983 from the University of Wyoming and is a registered member (QP) of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration.

John Ryan

Executive Vice-President, Secretary & Director

Since December 2021, Mr. Ryan has served as a Vice President and Director of LGX Energy, Inc., an oil and gas exploration company. Since June 2020, Mr. Ryan has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors of Gold Express Mines, Inc., a multi-commodity mining company focused on the discovery, development and production of precious and base metal assets.

From November 2016 to September 2020, Mr. Ryan served as a director of Bunker Hill Mining Corp., a development stage mining company, and for a portion of that time Mr. Ryan also served as Interim CEO. Mr. Ryan obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Idaho in 1985, and his juris doctor from Boston College Law School in 1992.

Donna Miller

Controller & Treasurer

From September 2002 to present has been the President and Owner of Compass Accounting, Inc. a company specializing in outsourced CFO and controller for companies, primarily in the natural resources sector, such as Butte Highlands Mining Company, Discovery Oil, Cadence Resources, High Plains Uranium, Western Goldfields, US Silver Corporation and Southern Legacy Minerals. Prior to starting Compass Accounting, Inc. Ms. Miller was the Chief Financial Officer of Pro Industries, GmbH. Ms. Miller has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Washington University.

Helen Thomas

Vice-President of Geology and Permitting

Ms. Thomas has guided several clients towards approval for federal, state, and county permits in Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, and Washington to explore and mine in their area of interest. During each process, she works closely with representatives from regulatory agencies, leads and manages stakeholder negotiations, and presents testimony before state and county commissioners during public meetings and hearings if required. Ms. Thomas also has field experience in exploration for ore deposits in metamorphosed terranes, including drill targeting and management, ground magnetic surveys, and understanding deposit formation through structural and textural relationships. Ms. Thomas is fluent in written and spoken Spanish and business-proficient in written and spoken French. She holds a M.S. in Exploration Geology from Colorado School of Mines and a B.S. in Geology with an emphasis in Structural Geology from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Howard Crosby

Director

Since September 2020, Mr. Crosby has served as Vice President and director of Gold Express Mines, Inc., a multi-commodity mining company focused on the discovery, development and production of precious and base metal assets, and since October 2014 has served as the Chairman of the board of Desert Hawk Gold Corp., a gold mining company. From 2005 to 2016, Mr. Crosby served as a director of White Mountain Titanium Corp., a titanium company and a company he founded. From 2015 to 2018, Mr. Crosby served as director of Bunker Hill Mining Corp., a mining company and from 2015 to 2018, he served as a director of U.S. Silver Corporation, a mining company producing silver, lead and zinc. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Crosby served as a director of High Plains Uranium, Inc., a minerals company, and from 2000 to 2005, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cadence Resources Corp., a natural resources company. Mr. Crosby obtained his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Idaho in 1975.

Terrance Dunne

Director

Mr. Dunne has served as an officer and or director on various public companies as well as a consultant on various private placement memorandums and other capital raises. Mr. Dunne has taught courses in corporate mergers/acquisitions and reorganizations as an adjunct professor at Gonzaga University. Mr. Dunne holds a B.S. in Accounting, an MBA, and a Master’s Degree in Taxation, all from Gonzaga University. We believe that Mr. Dunne is qualified to serve on our board of directors due to his extensive experience as a public company director and his knowledge of corporate finance and accounting.

James Czirr

Director

He was also a key consultant to Metalline Mining Company Inc, now known as Silver Bull Resources, Inc. (TSX: SVB), a mineral exploration company with a major base metal and silver project located in the State of Coahuila, Mexico. Mr. Czirr received a B.B.A. degree from the University of Michigan.

Bob Larson

Senior Consulting Geologist

Certified Professional Geologist (CPG) & Professional Land Surveyor (PLS). Bob graduated with Engineer of Mines Degree from Colorado School of Mines. Civic Duties: County Commissioner ‘87-’90, Deacon of the Episcopal Church & Church of the San Juans, Ouray County Surveyor.

Greg Schifrin

Consulting Geologist

Mr. Schifrin serves in a consulting geologist role with over 35 years of experience in the mining and mineral exploration industry where he has been involved in precious metal mineral systems, base metals, rare earth and uranium exploration and development.
